Meet Bianca
Bianca Santorini is a Native Texan, mother of four, and attorney with over fifteen years of experience in criminal defense, immigration, and family law. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso (Summa Cum Laude) and her Juris Doctor from the historic Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston (Cum Laude), where she was invited to speak at the 2026 Law Review Annual Symposium.
As a military spouse for seven years, Bianca balanced deployments and family while working in federal immigration courts across Texas, Arizona, California, Georgia, and Colorado. From 2013 to 2015, she served as outside counsel to the Mexican Consulate in Yuma, Arizona. In 2019, she returned home to Texas and launched her own law firm.
A member of the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas, Bianca is deeply rooted in her community and committed to giving back. Her career began in public service, and that calling has never left her — it is why she is running for District Attorney of Brazoria County.

Building the right foundation from day one. Every case will begin with a standardized intake process that requires prosecutors to identify, log, and assess available evidence. This structure ensures the office moves forward with a clear-eyed view of what exists — not assumptions about what might be found later.

Discovery obligations met on time, every time. Delayed or incomplete discovery undermines the integrity of the entire judicial process. My office will establish clear internal timelines and accountability measures to ensure evidence requests from defense counsel are responded to promptly and fully — respecting constitutional obligations and reducing unnecessary case delays.

Transparency that rebuilds trust in the process. Victims deserve to know where their case stands. Defense counsel deserves to receive updates that allow them to properly advise their clients. My office will implement regular, structured communication protocols so that no party is left in the dark — honoring victims' rights and taxpayer dollars.

The decision to pursue, continue, or dismiss a case must be made by prosecutors — based on evidence, applicable law, and the interests of justice. My office will be insulated from political influence, public pressure, and undue delay. Cases will not be rushed for optics or shelved for political convenience. The facts lead; everything else follows.
